Guardian Warm Roof Systems are the biggest revelation to hit the home improvement market in the last ten years. You can now change your old conservatory roof for a new Guardian Roof and effectively turn your old conservatory into a new extension that can be used all year round. The complete changeover takes only three days with very minimal disruption to your household.
The Warm Roof System is designed to replace the existing glass or polycarb roof of a conservatory. At the same time you will be able to retain the original windows, doors, frames and walls. All while providing substantial energy cost savings.
They are fully tested and approved to all thermal and structural standards. The Guardian system is a high performance insulated roof system comprising of a pre-engineered lightweight frame, two layers of rigid insulation board, internal insulated plasterboard, exterior grade plywood, vapour membrane and a choice of external tile finishes.Â

Here are a few images from a recent Guardian Warm Room installation for a local customer. This was a complete new build including a Solstice Glazed Roof Panel for extra light. With highly thermally efficient glazing and doors, insulated walls and, of course, the Warm Roof, this is now being used as a beautiful dining space that can be utilised all year round.
The Guardian Warm Roof system has been independently tested and achieves a U-value of 0.15 W/m2K. This is one of the lowest in the warm roof industry.Â
The warm roof system is engineered to be very lightweight. This means it can replace an entire existing conservatory roof without any additional enhancement to the loadbearing structure

The Guardian Warm Roof is independently tested by the BRE, and the LABC/LABSS. This is a benefit as it can help to streamline building control checks.Â
